It's a charming small and good standard property in London, good value. The hotel has fab location in a shopping centre nearby and pleasant and accommodating employees at the reception desk.
The bathrooms are a bit small.

Suitable accommodation for short stay. Clean and wonderful small place, very pleasant and consistently courteous staff. Incredible setting, very close to a lovely shopping centre, Hammersmith for business, instead of tourism and next to local pubs. Excellent customer service.

The staff were immensely pleasant and amazingly nice, nothing too much trouble. Booked double room, that was provided with a good heating, a selection of amenities, for example. The hotel had a very central location down on the river.

Lovely and delightful place, it has lovely staff upon check-out. The location is fab for what we needed. Being close to an underground station makes it easy to travel.
As we remember, there was no lift.

The location to a theatre and a castle was great for everything I could possibly need. Dined at Eat Tokyo, it was at a medium distance from the venue. The room was reasonably large and functional with a 2 seater couch squished in when I arrived.

The hotel was wonderful small, I recommend it to others. Particularly good location to an event at the Eventim Apollo, I appreciated my stay. Moreover, it was 4 km from Fulham Palace.
